To educate and train high school students in citizenship, promote community service, instill responsibility, character, and self-discipline, and provide instruction in air and space.

EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES

 

Color Guard/Honor Guard: The Color Guard performs at RRHS athletic events, school programs, and local parades.

Armed Drill Team: The drill team performs at school activities, athletic events and local parades.

Model Rocket Club: Build and fly model rockets. Earn a rocket badge to be worn on the uniform.

To be in AFJROTC cadets must:

 

- Wear the Air Force uniform one day per week

- Abide by Air Force grooming standards, i.e., haircuts/hair styles, jewelry, and behavior

- Participate in weekly physical fitness activities

Why join JROTC?
